RevivaLink Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from and use of the RevivaLink Store.

Orders
Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information and review your selected garment, size, and color before ordering. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products
Our apparel is made to order. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design; screen settings, garment sizes, and production processes can affect appearance. This does not remove your rights when an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated by the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order.

Availability and errors
If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to arrange a resolution. We will not substitute products or impose additional charges without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the affected purchase.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Intellectual property
Store content, designs, and logos belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce its artwork commercially.

Acceptable use
You may not use this store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to interfere with its operation.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights and updates
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. Updated terms apply prospectively; changes do not remove rights associated with existing purchases.
